Tres Hermanos in Cleveland

First time guest. Food and service was great. Will visit again.

I went to Tres Hermanos 10 years ago for the chicken nachos, and had to come back for my 10 year reunion. The chicken nachos are still wonderful with great taste. Their queso has great flavor, but is never too thick. The quesadilla paradise was phenomenal. There portions remain large for the price.

My husband and I love this place! We love it better than amigos! We can also take our son who tends to scream a lot outside to eat and no one minds! We go once a week to get food here and we love it!

Highly recommend the Pollo Loco... never miss having it at least once when I'm home!

Good food but not very authentic. More like safe flavors. The host was a little rude...but the rest of the staff great.

I gotta say I’m not much for reviews but I just feel the need to let everyone in the community know how amazing our service was at Tres Hermanos. Our waiter Hector was just spectacular and very professional. He was prompt to each and everyone of our needs. I will be coming back for future excellent service. Hector by far is the best.

This was a great place to eat. Never been there before, but wish I had gone sooner. The salsa is a perfect blend of medium. Not to sweet or overly hot. My client got a burrito that was the size of the entire plate. So portions are how your order. I do know that the big bowl of cheese dip was about $9. The service was on point, I never ran out of drink and the food was brought out as soon as it was made.

Went there with my son and his girlfriend. I order the tilapia meal minus guacamole. The fish was over cooked none of it was good.my sons girlfriend needed a refill on her sweet tea which taste more unsweetened than sweet.she literally had to wait till he came with the check for her to get a refill.they was not busy at all.

We were camping at KOA in Cleveland, TN asked a staff member of a good Mexican restaurant and she suggested this one. The food, service was good.

When I went here I had a great experience. They waiter we had was very nice and friendly. He helped us out figuring out what we wanted to order and he brought it out quickly. The food was delicious! I ordered something that I haven’t ordered before and I got so full—which doesn’t happen often. I would definitely recommend this place.Advice: for people that can’t take spice, the salsa they give you can tend to be a little hot.Tip: eat outside of the restaurant on a nice day!

We weren't overly impressed with the food. There are better Mexican restaurants in the area. And it was a little more pricey than other restaurants in the area.

Loved this place! It was amazing ! Tho they were really busy they were really nice and patient!

I ordered a certain type of chips and were given the opposite kind.

Love this place!! One of our favorites!! The complimentary chips and salsa are definitely the best of anywhere. The lunch specials are hot and delicious and can't beat the prices.

They were the nicest nicest waiters and waitresses..I would have given the a ten if I could.. It was so clean.. Thanks for making our lunch special.. Singing Happy Birthday was amazing...

I first ate here 15 years ago. It was great! Now, not so much. The service is ok but less than enthusiastic. Food was bland. It's like they no longer care. With all the Mexican restaurants in Cleveland, you would expect much better quality. I would have been better off going to Taco Bell

While it was good IT WAS NOT MEXICAN FOOD. And why do we put orange juice in margaritas?

The salsa looks plain but it has a moderate amount of heat and tons of flavor. Should be good for most members of the family except the most “anti-spicy” folks out there.First time there I had a 3-pack of street tacos, the Chorizo was my favorite.

Got an eye roll when we didn't want a table but a booth. Did not get straws with our drinks. Was brought a bowl less than half full of salsa of course gone in 5 minutes. Took 10 minutes to get more salsa. Plate ordered with no cheese of course came with cheese. All around terrible experience. Many other exceptional Mexican restaurants in town to choose from.

My favorite Mexican food place

Fast service and great food, along with good prices! The staff are kind and accommodating. This is a good place for families with children. Having the choice of sitting inside, or outside on the covered patio is great. The only downside to this place is the parking lot can be hectic if a lot of people are there.
